Depending on quantity, custom-printed laminated badges take 2–3 days to manufacture, plus 1 business day for shipping.

We usually don’t do custom sizes because it slows down the production process.

Printed on 2 sides.
Thin matte laminate on both sides to make it durable and give it a simple and professional look.
No additional sleeve/holder is needed.
Production time
Production takes 2-3 days (depending on quantity).
Shipping to larger cities is an additional 1 business day with DHL Express or Fedex.

Bleed area
Make sure that your background extends to fill the bleed to avoid your badges having white edges when trimmed.
Cut lines
This is where we aim to cut.
Safety area
Make sure any important aspects of your design such as text and logos are inside of the safe area, otherwise they may be cut off.

When should I place my order for laminated ID badges and how long it takes?
Laminated Event Badges usually take 2-3 days, depending on quantity. Please fill in the form to get a timeline.
The estimate doesn’t include transit time – Usually 1 business day, 2 business days to the UK and for more remote locations in Europe.
How does the ordering process work?
Send us a design file that follows our Laminated Badge templates.
If the badges include data like names and positions, we need an Excel file or a link to Google Sheets. We’ll confirm your order, send an invoice and confirm the timeline. All shipments are trackable by DHL Express or Fedex Express.
What's the shipping cost and time?

We mostly use DHL Express, all shipments have a tracking code.

Yes, the minimum order quantity is 50 units.
Do you provide samples of laminated event & conference badges?
Yes, please request them here. We ship samples from our previous work with regular mail. It takes roughly 1 week to arrive.
